Colart is committed to ensuring our business acts with honesty and integrity, and we expect all our people to maintain high standards in everything that they do following our Code of Conduct.
The Code of Conduct Training Course
The Code is intended to make it easier for everyone at Colart to behave in accordance with our values and standards while complying with applicable laws. This training course covers the expected behaviour of everyone while performing activities within the workplace.
At Colart we have set the training course as a mandatory standard because:
- it ensures Colart aligns with our commitment to values and standards.
- completion of this training course by everyone at Colart ensures your confirmination of your understanding and commitment to The Code.
- annual renewal of this course ensures reinforcement to your commitment and update of knowledge.
Complete the course in two steps:
- Watch the eLearning video and complete the online quiz on Colart Academy. Access this course by clicking the link here.
- Confirm your agreement to the Code of Conduct. This is activated by an email from Splash.
Deadline: 2nd March 2024

Full completion of the course by the deadline ensures that Colart maintains our standards.
To achieve this goal the processing of your 2024 salary increase will be linked to
confirmation of course completion, activation through your Splash profile.
We value your support to your business units to ensure we are not required to follow through on offering any increase.

Timetable for Training
The training will take place in one of two ways: -
- People with a work email address – will receive a link to the training video on the Colart Academy.
- People who work in our factories or distribution centres – will be brought together in groups to watch the training video. We plan to use the local online platform for the training in China.
