HR Team Update from UK and Northern Europe
We are excited to announce that Sharifa Jordan has been appointed HR Business Partner – UK Operations and will be starting on 17th April.
First and foremost, please join me in welcoming Sharifa to Colart. Sharifa has been appointed as our new HR Business Partner – UK Operations and will be commencing her role on the 17 April. Sharifa graduated in Biomedical Science from Brunel University and has since developed a keen interest in HR, culminating in the completion of her CIPD Level 5 in 2022. With invaluable experience from her time at Notting Hill Genesis, Sharifa brings a wealth of skills and knowledge that will undoubtedly benefit Colart.
In her new role, Sharifa will be responsible for providing HR business partnering across our Minehead, Lowestoft and Kidderminster sites, ensuring our operations in the UK are supported and optimised.
Please join me in extending a warm welcome to Sharifa.
Enabled by the forthcoming implementation of a fully managed payroll, Pat Shaw, UK Payroll and Benefits Manager, who has been with us for an impressive 25 years, has decided to transition to a more balanced work life and will be reducing her working days to three (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday) starting from the 1st of May 2024. Pat will remain available for all payroll, tax, pensions, and benefits queries, ensuring a seamless transition.
Finally, Alison Wabe continues to play a key role as Talent Acquisition & HR Assistant. Alison provides essential support in recruitment and general HR activities for the London Hub, as well as being the primary contact for travel and room booking queries.
