Replacing the Hot Desking System
The existing hot desking system played a crucial role in ensuring safety post-Covid lockdowns. We're pleased to announce the launch of a new bespoke Hybrid Working booking app, following extensive testing, which aims to streamline and enhance your ways of working. We're transitioning from the hot desk model to a first come, first served approach.
Guidelines for the Hybrid Working App
- Usage: Begin using the app from 22nd April.
- Access: via URL and access via APP available shortly
- Transition: Any bookings made through the Hot Desking Kiosk will be void after April 22nd, including desk and meeting room bookings.
- Remote Working: Remote working no longer requires entry into Splash.
- Other Absences: Any other absences such as holidays, sick leave, or appointments must still be recorded in Splash.
Guidelines for Booking Meetings
- Usage: Effective 22nd April all meeting room bookings must be made via your Outlook calendar.
- Transition: The means any meeting rooms booked through the Hot Desking Kiosk are void after 22nd April.
- Simplicity:The new process ensures efficiency and simplicity allowing rooms to be secured at the time of creating your meeting, plus provides location
- visibility to all attendees.
