Philip Reece Celebrates 25 Years in Kidderminster
We are pleased to celebrate Phil's 25 years of dedicated service in our warehouse team.
Phil's expertise particularly shines in managing the carousel area as he plays a crucial role in maintaining carousel operations, including addressing crane and machine faults, training new staff, and securing the site. Additionally, Phil has mastered the invoicing process for web orders received by 4pm, ensuring we meet our commitment to next-day delivery.
Reflecting on his journey at Colart, Phil shares:
"I started in the assembly department in 1999, helping to put together sets of Reeves paint-by-numbers and scraper foils. I then transitioned to being a line feeder for the assembly workers. Over the years, I moved to the Despatch department, where I focused on picking and packing orders. Eventually, I joined the Carousel department, working on the afternoon shift."
