Colart has always been an enormous supporter of parents at work and over the last few years, we have partnered with the award-winning Social Enterprise Leaders Plus to offer a select number of places on their Leaders Plus Fellowship: designed for leaders with young children, this is for individuals looking for support to combine their ambitious career dreams with looking after their young children (aged 0-18).
As part of the 9 month international Fellowship, you get;
· a senior leader mentor from your region
· expert career development support
· group coaching
· a supportive cross-sector network of peers
· practical support to overcome work/life balance challenges.
Everyone who has previously attended the program has spoken positively about the experience including Jean Brooke-Sumner from our Global Winsor & Newton Brand team who says:

We have reserved 2 spaces for the 2025 programme and if you would like to be considered for the 2025 cohort, please complete this Leadersplus Fellowship Application Form. You do not need to be based in the UK but you do need to be able to join in English.

Furthermore, we have also reserved 2 spaces for the 3 month Future Leaders Plus Programme designed for parents in Junior Roles – those not in manager roles but are eager to advance their careers while balancing family life.
