Lou Theaud joins the NPD/EPD team in Le Mans

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Lou Theaud as the NPD/EPD Co-ordinator for Le Mans, effective 6 November.

As well as supporting changes linked to new product development, regulatory compliance and aligning products/packaging to achieve enhanced industrial performance and sustainability goals, Lou will also take some responsibilities from Marine Hammer during her maternity leave.

During her year-long work-study program with IFAG Le Mans, Lou successfully brought her academic knowledge into Colart’s processes, building strong professional relationships and laying a solid foundation for product development success. Beyond her professional achievements, Lou practices world dances like Bollywood and Tahitian, is active in an e-sports association, and is passionate about environmental issues.

We are confident that Lou will excel in her new role and look forward to the support and collaboration from all team members to help her succeed.
