Arnaud Coudray celebrates his 15th year with Colart!

Today we recognise Arnaud Coudray, NPD Project Manager for his contribution to Colart over 15 years

Sharing his professional journey, Arnaud says:

At the end of 1998, with a master’s degree from IFAG, I ventured into the fast-food industry to gain management experience. Three years of burger flipping later, I transitioned to Carrefour logistics. By the close of 2009, I remained in the realm of pallets and joined Colart to oversee their warehouse operations. My main goal was to support European logistics when the operations from Italy, Spain, Germany, and ultimately Sweden, were consolidated into the central hub of Le Mans. Those seven years were intense, focused on building the team and supporting the structuring of activities.

After seven years, it was time to broaden my skillset. I crossed the proverbial blue line into the industrial sector, where I discovered a new type of palette—the kind used for paint. New environment, new job: conductor whose musicians are called marketing, purchasing, methods, industrialists... in Shakespeare’s language! Mission: to lead the development of Le Mans products The scores: the brand briefs The music: the symphony of products coming off the lines.  In eight years, more than a hundred projects and thousands of products have passed through my hands, before going on the production lines.

The latest challenge I embraced in 2022 was to support the group's Health and Safety strategy, aiming for zero accidents across four production sites, four distribution centers, and the headquarters in London.

Fifteen years at Colart have flown by. The passion for our products remains strong, continuously adding color to our lives. And what if the next adventure was transmission?
