Welcome to Our New Project Manager, Vincent Varghese!

Vincent Varghese joins us as Project Manager, bringing over 20 years of expertise to lead strategic B2B initiatives.

We are delighted that Vincent has joined our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering for Shima Ehsani while she's on maternity leave. 

Vincent will be at the helm of B2B website projects, working on new features for the Colart Workflows and Intranet websites, and leading the user testing and adoption of the new Digital Asset Management (DAM) application, which will be replacing The Bank. His robust skill set and leadership will undoubtedly enhance our capabilities and help us achieve our strategic goals.

Bringing over 20 years of IT industry experience, Vincent has worked with top-tier IT service companies like Genpact UK and IBM. He is an expert in Agile Project Management, IT Service Management, and IT compliance and audits. Vincent’s professional qualifications include PMI – PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, and Scrum Master certifications, which speak volumes about his commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.

Outside work, Vincent is a family man:

“On a personal front, I am married to Shine and we are blessed with Abel (son) and Angel (daughter). My hobbies include travelling and exploring new places.”

Shima Ehsani will be Vincent's buddy to help him settle in and get acquainted with the team and company processes.
