Colart Code of Conduct 2025

The Code of Conduct supports all of us in making the right decisions. It sets out the principles we ask everyone to work to every day at Colart. It also provides guidance on where to go if anyone is faced with a difficult issue and needs further help. Our industry is highly regulated, and Colart is subject to many laws and regulations. The Code is intended to complement, rather than to seek to replace, those laws and regulations.

Though this Code sets out our key responsibilities, it cannot address every difficult situation that you may face, nor should it be considered an exhaustive guide to every policy and procedure relevant to you. There are likely to be other policies and requirements relevant to your role that you need to follow in addition to the Code.

Compliance with the Code is not an option and the failure to work in accordance with the Code could have consequences for both you and our business. We will treat any breaches seriously. This may result in disciplinary action being taken which, in some cases, may include dismissal in accordance with our internal policies and local employment laws. It is therefore really important that you understand what is expected of you and if you have any concerns, Colart offers confidential channels for discussion via your local HR department.
