Code of Conduct Commitment & Training for 2025
At Colart, our commitment to honesty and integrity is fundamental to everything we do. We expect everyone to uphold high standards in accordance with the Colart Code of Conduct.
What is the Code of Conduct Training?

The Code of Conduct is designed to guide everyone at Colart in making decisions that align with our values and meet legal requirements. The training helps ensure that all employees understand the expected behavior while at work.
Why is this training mandatory?
We’ve made this training a requirement for all employees because:
- It helps Colart stay true to our values and standards.
- It confirms your understanding and commitment to the Code.
- The annual renewal keeps your knowledge fresh and reinforces your commitment.
How to complete the training:
There are two simple steps:
- Watch the eLearning video and complete the online quiz on Colart Academy. You can access the course by clicking the link here.
- Confirm your agreement to the Code of Conduct by ticking the checkbox in Splash.
Training Details:
The training will take place in one of two ways:
- For employees with work email addresses – you will receive a link to the training video on Colart Academy via email. Please complete it by Friday, 28 February.
- For factory and distribution centre employees – local teams will organise group sessions to watch the training video at a time suitable for operations. In China, training will be conducted via the local online platform.
