Jane Beeston, Chief People Officer, Celebrates her 30 Years of Service with Colart!
We are extremely proud to recognise Jane for a key milestone at Colart – an impressive 30 years!
With a diverse background in HR, having worked across various sectors including manufacturing, finance, and services, Jane started her career with Colart in 1995 as HR Manager for the Wealdstone site. Since then, Jane's role and responsibilities have evolved significantly, including a secondment to China. Through her leadership and commitment, Jane has played a pivotal role in shaping Colart's trajectory and driving the company through numerous transformations.
Having worked alongside five different CEOs during her career at Colart, Jane's passion for her profession and the company has never wavered. Many of us have witnessed firsthand, or through her influential work, her curiosity, persistence, and unwavering drive that continue to define her leadership style and impact at Colart.
In Jane's own words:
“I initially joined Colart with the intention of staying for just three years. So how did that turn into thirty?! I know exactly why: I was captivated by the people, the passion, the brands, and the purpose behind our work. Coupled with my love for learning, embracing change, experiencing international cultures, and, most importantly, my passion for art, I found everything I needed both personally and professionally in this journey. Over the past 30 years, a span that admittedly makes me feel quite “seasoned”, I have shared countless experiences with my wonderful team, which continue to bring me immense pride and fulfilment. So, thank you Colart!"

Wow Jane I can’t believe its been a whole 30 years of which 25 years have been as my line manager! It seems like yesterday that I was sitting in the Wealdstone site museum waiting to be interviewed by you. What an incredible journey you have had and an amazing accomplishment.
