Welcome Laura Folgoas to Colart!

Colart welcomes a new Formulation and Cost-Saving Chemistry Technician, Laura Folgoas.

We are pleased to announce that Laura Folgoas has joined Colart as our new Formulation and Cost-Saving Chemistry Technician, starting on 1st April. In her new role, Laura will be responsible for managing projects from formulation to industrialisation, with a focus on optimising our formulas and raw materials while driving cost reductions.

Having previously completed her first-year internship in Liquitex Soft Body production in 2019, Laura returns to an environment she knows well, and she fondly recalls her time with us. Her work will involve close collaboration with the Purchasing department, particularly with Myriam Ait Salem, to further enhance our product offerings.

Laura holds an engineering degree in formulation from the École Supérieure de Chimie Physique Électronique de Lyon, completed in 2022. Her career began in R&D at L’Oréal, followed by a role as a Regulatory Affairs Officer at FIPEC in Paris, where she gained valuable experience in regulatory monitoring within the paint industry. With her background, Laura brings a deep understanding of the sector's regulatory landscape and is well-equipped to make a significant impact at Colart.

Outside of work, Laura is passionate about cross-fit and enjoys staying active. She will be guided by her new starter buddy, Jérôme Bouchon, as she embarks on this exciting new chapter with us.
