Creativation 2025: Colart Shines with Award-Winning Presence and a Bold Vision for the Future

Creativation by NAMTA 2025 in Seattle brought together over 1,600 creative professionals, with 170+ exhibitors and 35 educational sessions—an inspiring hub for innovation in fine art and craft materials. And at the heart of it all, Colart made a standout impact, thanks to the incredible leadership of Jen Bonaccolta, who project managed the entire experience. Jen’s dedication not only delivered the project significantly under budget but also introduced impactful sustainable practices—including repurposed materials from Creative world in Frankfurt and recycled carpet. The result? Colart proudly took home the ‘Best Large Booth’ award.

The booth buzzed with energy as key strategic partners like Michaels, Blick, Jerry’s, and Plaza joined over 25 scheduled meetings and countless walk-ups. It was a powerful moment of reconnection and collaboration—especially vital amid economic uncertainty in the North American market.

Product innovation took center stage:

• W&N’s 2025 set proposition was displayed in a store-style “gifting table,” impressing retailers and sparking in-store inspiration.
• Artist Educators like Michael King and Megan Jentsch brought the booth to life through live painting, showcasing standout ranges like AOC Oils, Liquitex Bio-Based Acrylics, and Metallics.
• Liquitex wowed with a moss wall, sculptural displays, and a neon pop to reinforce its "Just Imagine" brand message.
• In the “French Area,” the relaunch of Conte à Paris and the spotlight on LeFranc Bourgeois’ Flashe and new Bio-Based colours brought fresh excitement and strong retailer interest.
