Chris Wooff joins as Brand Director for Winsor & Newton

I am delighted to announce that Chris Wooff joined Colart on the 2^nd June as Global Brand Director for Winsor & Newton.

Chris joins us from William Grant & Sons where he was UK Marketing Director with the responsibility for growing the overall William Grant business in the UK. Prior to that he was the Global Brand Director for Grant’s Whisky. Chris started his career with Diageo in Ireland working to develop Guinness’ strong relationship with Music and Sport, before then joining PepsiCo where he worked on both the Walkers and Tropicana brands.

I am sure you will agree that Chris has a fantastic pedigree of experience with truly consumer centric power brands, and I am excited that he will be bringing this to Colart to help us further develop and grow Winsor & Newton globally, as well as support me and the other Brand Directors to develop our brand-led culture.

Chris has a full induction session for the first few weeks, not least getting to know the Winsor & Newton Brand team who have all done an amazing job working as a tight knit collective since Helly left at the end of last year.

I'm really excited to join the team at Colart, I've always been drawn to work with brands that enrich people's lives in meaningful ways - and few things are more meaningful than the brands people choose to create with. It's a real privilege to help steward a brand as iconic as Winsor and Newton, and I'm excited to work with the team and wider business to take it to even greater heights.
