SysAid, our cloud-based support portal goes live!
We’re excited to announce that our new cloud-based support portal, SysAid, will be going live on 11th June.
SysAid will become the central platform for submitting and tracking all support requests across the business. It offers a more user-friendly and transparent experience, accessible from anywhere.
👉 Please note: From this date onward, any support request previously submitted via Jira or development tickets routed through Monday.com should now be raised directly in SysAid.
Please note that on launch day, there may be a brief period when both the previous system and SysAid are temporarily unavailable.

🌍 The portal is available in multiple languages:
English (UK/US), French, Spanish, Chinese, Dutch, German, Italian, and Polish.
You can update your preferred language in your profile settings (top right corner of the portal).

Having tested it a little, it’s great and very easy to use. Well done @daniel-delafuentecolart-com @elliott-maguirecolart-com and everyone involved….also sorry to Josh for the confusion – I don’t really need a new laptop!
I had the chance to use the new support portal during the testing phase, and it’s super straightforward and user-friendly. It’s great to be able to log both website bugs and IT equipment issues in one place. The follow-up emails after submitting a request are also a great addition: really helpful to stay updated on the status of your ticket.
