A Creative Collaboration with Sarah Simon
On a vibrant evening filled with creativity and connection, Winsor & Newton proudly hosted a special live session titled Watercolour in Bloom — a one-hour event that brought together more than 250 enthusiastic attendees from across the creative community.
The session, co-hosted by Jimmy Leslie and Erin Keenan, featured the incredibly talented Sarah Simon, better known to many as The Mint Gardener.
Sarah is a celebrated watercolour artist and the bestselling author of the Watercolour Workbook series. Her approachable teaching style and calm, inspiring presence made this session not only instructive but also deeply enjoyable for artists of all skill levels.
Throughout the session, Sarah guided attendees through the art of intentional, beautiful watercolour painting — focusing on the therapeutic and connective nature of the medium. Her philosophy is rooted in joy, mindfulness, and accessibility, which resonated strongly with our diverse audience.
