Last Week to Have Your Say!!!

Dear colleagues,

Thank you to everyone who has already completed our Employee Engagement Survey. We’re at 77% participation—great progress—but we’re not done yet. Our goal is to exceed 83%, and we have just one week left to get there.

If you haven’t had a chance to complete the survey, please take a few minutes this week to share your views. Every response helps shape our priorities, investments, and the actions we take to make Colart not only succeed as a business but also a better place to work. Your feedback is confidential, and honest input—what’s working and what’s not—is exactly what we want.
