Showcasing Conte à Paris

A Successful Artist Demo Event at Clarks Crafts
To help raise the profile of Conte à Paris in my region, David Baker recently organized a lively demonstration evening at one of my key accounts, Clarks Crafts in Ramsbottom, on Thursday, 25th September. The atmosphere was buzzing with excitement as we prepared for an engaging evening of creativity.
He invited Douglas Hutton, a well-known local artist with over 30 years of experience using Conte products since his university days.
Douglas graciously agreed to lead the session, sharing his expertise and passion for Conte Colour Carrés and Pastel Pencils. His talent for inspiring others was evident as he demonstrated various techniques, offering valuable insights that captivated our audience.
The event was promoted with eye-catching posters in the shop window and informative flyers handed to customers in-store, creating a sense of anticipation.
The response was fantastic—24 attendees joined us for the evening, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Participants left not only with newfound knowledge and inspiration but also with a heightened appreciation for the versatility of Conte products, thanks to Douglas’s engaging and informative demonstration.
To add a touch of excitement, we also organized a free raffle for all attendees, with two lucky winners taking home some fantastic prizes. The joyous atmosphere and connections made during the event truly highlighted the sense of community surrounding Clarks Crafts.
Overall, it was a brilliant evening that helped strengthen our retailer and customer engagement while shining a spotlight on the Conte range. A heartfelt thanks to Clarks Crafts and Douglas for their invaluable contributions in making the event such a remarkable success!
