Here below you will find the new Southern Europe Marketing team structure.

REASONS FOR THE NEW STRUCTURE

The team has been restructured to take into account the following 4 motives:

– The local integration of 3 brands:
• Lefranc Bourgeois
• Conté à Paris
• Arches

– In agreement with the organisation design project, to encourage team members to grow with leadership roles
– The ambition to emphasize structural organization by circuit
– The goal to focus on the priority brands and in particular Lefranc Bourgeois.

The Marketing team is therefore composed in part by a « local team » (for which I remain the Southern Europe Marketing Director, directly managing the French team, and indirectly for the Iberian and Italian teams), and in part by a “brand team” (for which I am the Brand Director).

THE “TRADE MARKETING FRANCE” TEAM

The team is composed of two Trade-Marketing Managers & Local Brand Champions:

– As Trade-Marketing Managers, their mission, in collaboration with their respective Channel Director, is to establish and implement the marketing plan for developing our brands in the predetermined retailers.

– As Local Brand Champions, their parallel mission is to be the key contact for the Brand and to carry out locally their Brand’s development plan.
• Amandine Uzu-Le Cossec is the key referent for Winsor & Newton, Liquitex and Arches.
• Nolwenn Hochet is now the key Brand contact for Lefranc Bourgeois in its entirety (Fine Arts and Kids), as well as Conté à Paris. She will remain the key referent for Reeves and Snazaroo.
• They are supported them in their missions by Elise Gerault and Camille Defossez, as Junior Trade-Marketers.

THE “ENGAGEMENT FRANCE” TEAM

The team, whose mission is to develop the preference (“engage”) for our brands, is composed of:

– Caitlin Boucher, Creative Community Engagement Manager.
Her mission is to build connections with major artists and important institutions, of a cultural or educational nature, and thus including major Fine Art establishments. In this role, Laurent Blandin is her direct report.
Laurent, as Resident Artist, is responsible for product training sessions (both internal and external), artistic interventions, and technical support for artists. This engagement mission integrally includes the creation, activation, and use of Charbonnel as a prime meeting space for the Creative Community.

– Capucine Mougel is the Consumer Engagement Manager via communication, notably of a digital nature and is this capacity works closely with the Digital Team in London.

THE « BRAND » TEAM

The Team, whose mission is the definition of the Brand strategy and the management of its developments (new products as well as communication campaigns), is composed of:

– Dorothee Pezin-Nixon as Senior Global Brand Manager for:
• Lefranc Bourgeois Fine Arts
• Conté à Paris
– Camille Defossez as Lefranc Bourgeois Enfants Junior Product Manager
– Marta Tinoco de Faria as Arches Brand Manager

Camille & Marta retain their roles in their respective markets simultaneously.
In order to continue to drive efficiency and synergies on the Amazon project, Antoine Sauvage is henceforth the Amazon Manager for Southern Europe, working closely with the local account managers and with Kevin Lee, Global eCommerce Director.
