Food Consumption

Would you please not eat or store food at your desk?

It’s just not hygienic.

Hot and cold drinks at your desk are acceptable, but please remember to keep them well away from keyboards.

Hospitality

You will need to coordinate your catering for breakfast/lunch/evening business meetings.

We are currently establishing catering partners and will update this section with more information soon.

Would you please ensure you clear all food and utensils at the end of the meeting.

 

The Tea Room

Please help us to help you enjoy this space

The Tea Room a place where you would like to spend time during your breaks.  So, we ask you to please look after the area. Good habits are appreciated – rubbish in the bins; table surfaces left clear, dishes, knives, forks and spoons in the dishwasher.

 Fridge space is limited, so please only store what you need for the day.

 

 

The facilities that are available in the Tea Room are:

  • 4 under the counter Fridges
  • 2 Microwave/ Conventional Ovens and 1 Microwave
  • 1 Coffee Machine (dispensing hot water, coffee and hot chocolate)
  • 1 Dishwasher
  • Toaster
  • 1 Hot/Cold Water dispenser i.e. a Zip tap
  • Tea and coffee mugs
  • Milk, sugar and stirrers for the complimentary tea/ coffee / hot chocolate
  • Plates/bowls/glasses and cutlery

 

Happy Hints for the Tea Room

  • The cleaners will turn the dishwasher on and empty throughout the day but please support this activity by rinsing and stacking your own dirty items in the dishwashers.
  • To be more sustainable we recommend you reuse your mug throughout the day and place it in the dishwasher before your leave.
  • If you use the toaster please remember to turn it off and remove any crumbs from the work tops.
  • The fridge will be emptied and cleaned of all items by the cleaner each Friday evening.
