This time International was the guest topic of the Town Hall Meeting. Jake took us through an excellent presentation of the team and the new International focus, giving some great examples to understand the team better.
Dennis was accompanying Paul Schrotti, CEO of Lindengruppen and Colart board member, on a site visit to Le Mans. Therefore, the meeting was co-hosted by CPO Jane Beeston and CCO Gail Pasquier.
After significant talks and assessment of the makeup of our products, the Terracycle regulatory team has confirmed that they do not have the necessary capabilities or collaborations to be able to recycle our packaging. Whilst this is a disappointing setback, it will not stop us!

I would say that consumers expect the brands they buy to deliver quality and performance as per their expectations, but the brands that drive true engagement appeal emotionally to consumers, and therefore driving emotional engagement through our comms needs to be at the forefront to building a retaining consumer loyalty.
