We are now entering into the next phase where digital democratisation sees the techniques and skills we have mastered spread out across wider teams within the business and an increase in our partnering with the operations teams to upgrade, improve and further automate our factories and warehouses. To support this, we are making the some changes.

I am very pleased to announce that Marta Tinoco will join the W&N Brand team as Senior Brand Manager.

We will be building a collective local marketing organisation in Southern Europe from 2022.

We are pleased to confirm that effect from the beginning of next year, Richard Llewellyn will become Chief Sustainability Officer with a dedicated focus on sustainability.
