eLearning is a relatively new concept to Colart; however, with the launch of Colart Academy 2.0 in June 2021, everyone will have the opportunity to learn in a new way.
Colart Academy will become the learning hub for eLearning, Induction Sessions, Mentoring and learning through podcasts with videos produced internally.
Additionally, we will provide significant developmental learning through externally produced videos via eLearning partner, Inrehearsal.
The videos produced internally will primarily focus on systems learning, for example, MS Teams, Documation, Exponea and Splash. The concept is that eLearning courses will replace repetitive face-to-face learning, which is mainly performed by subject matter experts and will free up more of their time.
