Stationery
HR is responsible for ordering a limited amount of central stationery items, including paper, envelopes and other standard stationery items.
Order non-standard items via your own department.
- The stationery will be stored in a cupboard near the franking machine.
- The HR team will check the stationery cupboard weekly to ensure there are sufficient stock levels,
- Alert HR if you notice any item is low in stock.
WiFi
For security reasons, the Colart WiFi signal will only be available in the London Hub.
You can access Huckletree WiFi in all other areas.

Storage
Individual
Each individual who has requested a locker will have one available. This is for storage of personal items or keyboard/ mouse.
Department
Each department will have a 3 shelf chest level cabinet.
Phone & Video calls
The open plan design of the space aims to improve communication. Of course we recognise that telephone calls may be better taken in a quiet environment to help confidentiality for example so when ever possible please take the opportunity to go one of the quieter areas.
Dress Code
We do not think it is right to set a dress code but remember, as an employee of Colart you represent the Company. We trust you to dress appropriately.
Meeting Rooms
Number of Rooms
There are 5 meeting rooms available to book in the London Hub space with varying capacities. as follows:
- Paynes Grey 1 meeting room for 3 people
- Sepia 1 meeting room for 6 people
- Terra Rosa 1 meeting room for 3 people
- Product Room 1 meeting room for 6 + people
- Huddle Space 1 team meeting area with priority booking for 4+ people
Guidelines for Huddle Space
- Booking Process. Team bookings for the Huddle Space should now be made via Outlook, effective from April 22nd.
- Priority Booking: Priority booking is reserved for teams of 4 or more people for an entire day, made through your Outlook Calendar.
- Booking Procedure: To secure a priority booking, follow the same process as booking the Product Room. Simply search for <insert name of huddle room here> in the location tab of your Outlook calendar booking. (Refer to the video below for further guidance.)
- First Come, First Serve: Any remaining desks in this zone can be utilised on a "first come, first served" basis.
Keeping Meeting rooms tidy
Please help us to keep these rooms clean and tidy.
This means:
- No rubbish lying around (eg. paper cups, stirrers, food debris, etc.)
- Although you can bring drinks into the room (and food if the meeting involves a business lunch), please return crockery, jugs, and cups to the kitchen.
- No papers left in room
- Equipment switched off and tidied away
If you organise the meeting you must take responsibility for ensuring that the meeting room is left clean and tidy for the next meeting.
If any equipment is not working please report this to IT.

Booking Procedure for Huckletree

Due to a limited number of monthly credits, all meeting rooms outside of the Huckletree West space must be agreed with HR. Please remember to contact HR to cancel any bookings you no longer need.
Meeting Room Lunch Ordering Procedure
You will need to coordinate your catering for breakfast/lunch/evening business meetings.
We are currently establishing catering partners and will update this section with more information soon.
Would you please ensure you clear all food and utensils at the end of the meeting.
