Our structure is flat and non-hierarchical and because we embrace change, this means we don’t offer a one size fits all career path. Instead, we encourage lateral movements to help you follow your ambitions, hone a skill set and achieve future goals.  We are focusing on developing an agile career path development programme and look to integrate this into our ways of working in the future.

It is grounded in self-awareness and understanding, empowering you to take ownership of your career progression at Colart. By going through this process, both your line manager and the broader internal network become aware of the path you aspire to pursue. Demonstrating consistent delivery of output and value, as well as exceeding goals and objectives, significantly increases the availability of new opportunities. Therefore, we prioritise self-reflection, understanding, and growth through continuous reflections as key steps in the process.
