Liquitex goes Broadway style
Like a scene from a Spaghetti Western movie, an artists "face off "creates the latest video, "Run With It", for the upcoming Basics Acrylic Fluid campaign.
Recently, the Liquitex team reunited with Krux Productions in New York City to capture campaign assets for next year’s “Run With It” campaign to support the launch of Liquitex Basics Acrylic Fluid.
The team selected a truly immersive and unique studio setting in which the featured artists could paint directly on the walls around them. The hero video for this campaign establishes a spaghetti western style opening, with two artists facing off with one another before they begin painting on the enormous white walls using the new Liquitex Basics Fluid paint.
Each artist painted a mural on their designated side in their usual style, before swapping brushes and adding finishing touches to each other’s mural resulting in a beautiful and cohesive final product.
This campaign will feature technique videos showcasing pouring, splatter, fine details and more - as well as lifestyle content to position this new extension of the Basics range.
Liquitex looks forward to experimenting with the new campaign creative and storytelling to further amplify the brand.
