Bhavna Savani: A Legacy of Financial Transformation and Innovation at Colart

Bhavna Savani, the Corporate Finance Manager for the Head Office and Corporate Business Units within Colart International Holdings Limited (CIHL), will be departing Colart on 6th February to embark on an exciting new role at Radley as Head of Finance Operations. In her new position, Bhavna will leverage her strong expertise in all aspects of managing the financial infrastructure of an expanding global business—a skill set honed during her tenure at Colart.

Having joined Colart in August 2015, Bhavna played a pivotal role in initiating and solidifying the financial transformation witnessed at Colart over the past 8+ years. Among her notable achievements are the implementation of the Documation Purchase to Pay Workflow System and the successful roll-out of the Concur On-Line Expenses Portal Platform in the UK and Southern Europe business units. Bhavna also led a stable, smooth, and efficient Accounts Payable team, fostering their growth and success under her guidance.

Bhavna's contribution extended to resolving legacy accounting issues within the CIHL balance sheet through Project Vanilla and ensuring timely delivery of Corporate Financial results to key stakeholders in a transparent and insightful manner.

In recent years, Bhavna played a significant role in modernising and streamlining governance and reporting processes related to the Colart Pension Scheme. She closely collaborated with the IT team to upgrade Colart’s M3 governance infrastructure.

Bhavna co-authored and delivered the 'Finance for Non-Finance' Training across all UK senior leadership levels, fostering improved collaboration and business partnering culture between Finance and other departments, including commercial, marketing, and operations.

As a proud mother of two boys, Bhavna participated in Colart's sponsored scheme, LeadersPlus, supporting talented individuals with young children in progressing their leadership careers while balancing family commitments.

Natalia Voronetska, who recently joined Colart, will assume the role of Head of Corporate Finance, reporting directly to me.
