Since its inception in April 2020, the CTAM ThinkTank has become a cornerstone of our company's innovation culture.
For over four years, it has served as a reliable platform for nurturing creative ideas. Each week, employees are invited to share ideas for improvement through our communication channels. This approach has sparked innovation across the company, leading to numerous valuable proposals that have energized CTAM's development.
Building on this success, we recently introduced the ThinkTank Upgrade Review. This initiative expands opportunities for employee participation, enhances best practice sharing, and strengthens our recognition of contributors to continuous improvement. Employees are encouraged to apply for a review of their proposals, presenting their results and impact through clear presentations.

As a user, I found the Thinktank a great platform to share an idea, which came to fruition as the new starter pack, a watercolour tutorial for new starters. I was supported and encouraged throughout, using skills outside of my normal role and it was a great feeling to see the completed starter packs at the end of the process. I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone who has a suggestion to use the Thinktank.
