Splash Perform is an annual, globally aligned process to enable and ensure a fully comprehensive discussion to review performance, objectives and 360 feedback. Splash Perform also provides the opportunity to discuss career progression as well as personal and professional development. This review can be conducted online or offline.

Mentoring
As part of the Colart Academy, the company’s Mentoring Scheme was launched at the end of 2016 and has been running successfully since!
We believe mentoring accelerates and enriches both individual learning and business development. We also know it unlocks and creates effective internal networks building strong collaborative relationships.

The Colart Way
We want to share what good looks like and what is expected of Leaders – both in leadership behaviours and people management responsibilities. This is the Colart Way.
The Colart Way is by no means a checklist. Rather, it is a chance to express in one place what our leaders need to both embody and role model to the business. The Colart Way is about bringing to life behaviours that underpin our four values (openness, passion, innovation and quality).
People are our most valuable asset and this is why we encourage everyone to live the Colart Way whether we lead ourselves, lead others, and/or lead the business. We also ask you to bring to our attention any examples of where we are not following the Colart Way...that is the only way we can learn and get better.

Code of Conduct
The Colart Code of Conduct
We all share the responsibility for helping Colart to embrace the first of the People promises – a healthy working environment – and this commitment is explained in the Colart Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct is part of everyone’s contract at Colart and it explains how we can all do our part to promote safety, security and ethical behaviour.

Doing your part also includes bringing forward to your supervisor or manager any questions, concerns and suggestions that you have about what you see or experience.

EthicsPoint™ will also ensure that all enquiries are followed up and passed on to the relevant person for action
