Candice "Candy" Lane tells quite a story of career growth and development during her 25 years at Colart, based in Kidderminister. She celebrated this on 26th October. Here is her journey, in her own words.
Words from Candy
"I started working here in October 1998, in the assembly department in Lyle Avenue. I continued working in assembly until a year after we moved to a new site in Goldthorn Rd where I moved into the warehouse department. I was promoted to a team leader role in the Export area. I was later promoted to Charge-hand in the Despatch department to oversee bespoke customers WHS and support the Despatch Supervisor. Then in 2016 I moved to the carousel department on the night-shift. I still enjoy working and I'm looking forward to the next 25 Years!!!!"
