It is with a mix of gratitude and sadness that we announce the upcoming retirement of our valued colleague, Carole Briquet.
After an incredible 38 years of dedicated service, Carole will be retiring from Colart at the end of June. As many of you know, Carole has been a fabulous ambassador for our company, a pillar of strength, and a source of inspiration to colleagues across the globe. We are immensely grateful for the positive impact Carole has made over many years and her presence will be greatly missed not only in our Global HR Team but more importantly in France.
In light of Carole’s well-deserved retirement, we are pleased to announce the creation of a new role: European Human Resources Director (HRD), based in Le Mans. This strategic position will play a key role in partnering with our Operations and Commercial teams in France and supporting the broader European business unit. Our goal is to have this role filled before Carole’s departure to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
Additionally, this transition presents an exciting opportunity for Harsa Beagley, who has been an excellent partner for the European Business Unit. Harsa will be able to further leverage her strengths in leadership development and coaching, expanding her influence across the entire Colart group.
