Colart’s Transformative Coaching Journey
This year, Colart launched a new leadership development program aimed at helping leaders not only lead their teams but enable them to lead the business so driving Colart’s success. The program is now rolling out to supervisors and team leaders across the organisation and we are really excited about the feedback being received.
A major focus of the program is on coaching, which we believe is an essential foundation for building resilience and promoting collective agility. With everyone attending the program recognising the value of coaching, we are introducing a dedicated coaching program next year to support the learning. Details will be shared soon.
In addition to this broad initiative, we have also honed coaching skills in key staff members. Harsa Beagley, UK & NE HR Director is a notable success story, having completed an advanced coaching apprenticeship and gained not only a distinction but also official accreditation as a coach. Her achievement is not only commendable but also motivates others to pursue similar skills.

Being a coachee has already been so beneficial to me personally and professionally, and I’d like to say a massive thank you to Harsa for all of her help and support throughout the process. I feel lucky to have experienced this. Now I’m looking into doing a course that’s of interest to me via the Apprenticeship program.

Amazing Harsa, really well done.
