The Finance Team have gone live with a new software to collate all contracts across the Colart Group.

will now enable safe keeping of all contracts in one convenient place.

 

This finance project has been successfully launched through the collaboration by project leads Abi Babbage,  Group Finance and Reporting Manager in London and Stephanie Casertano, Financial Controller in Piscataway.

How does ContractSafe Work?

ContractSafe's contract management software will serve as the single point of storage for all contracts.  A searchable, central secure contract repository in the cloud will make documents accessible from any location while also keeping them safe and secure. Each reporting entity will have access to their own separate secure area of the software which will enable full confidentiality of local contracts.

Who Can Access It?

Access to ContractSafe will be managed by the local finance team leads, therefore if you have not received a confirmation email from ContractSafe regarding your profile creation and you believe you should have been granted access, please ensure you reach out to your local finance team in the first instance.

What Are The Benefits To ContractSafe?

Due to the functionality of ContractSafe, we will be able to easily review all contracts we have in place, identify areas in need of updated contracts and enable alerts to proactively manage renegotiation/contract expiry deadlines effectively. This will further the clarity and control of our contract landscape across the Colart Group.

ContractSafe eLearning Now Available At Colart Academy

In conjunction with the new software launch, we have also launched a six-lesson course at Colart Academy.

The lessons design helps you understand and navigate the minimum required entry fields for all contract uploads. Ensure that you fill out all minimum fields needed as it is vital in ensuring greater capability within the software.

Be sure to watch all videos before you use the system. Understanding the functionality and minimum requirements are crucial to the efficient management of ContractSafe.
