Corporate Communications Pulse Survey: The Results Are In
You will remember the last pulse survey on corporate communications we said ..
".. what the past few years have taught us, is the power and importance of communications to ensure we remain connected. With this in mind, our focus has been to improve our communications across the business with increased openness, regularity, and rhythm. Keeping you informed about topics linked to your work is essential, but that is not all. We also want to keep you connected with other features of the business such as our culture; sustainability; diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) and our fantastic brands".
A huge thanks to all 206 people who participated in the survey which was distributed in English and French. Watch the video below for a summary of the results and actions we will take.

Note the Chinese video version will be published in this article at a later stage.

Our Summary: with some good suggestions in place we will review and plan to deliver more of what you asked for.
We asked you how you like to consume information
This is ranked in order as reflected in the image opposite.
Our Summary: The top three preferred platforms to consume information are as expected and we will continue to deliver information across a variety of channels depending on the content. Podcasting is very new to Colart and understandably scored a lower rating. We will continue to explore this channel and value your feedback to help us improve.
Our Closing Comments
It is outstanding to see the value so many people place on information being communicated.
This has been an insightful pulse survey highlighting trends and preferences that we suspected but are now confirmed. This means we’re on the right track in some aspects. There has also been some great new ideas come to light to be explored.
Standout requests are performance updates, business education and brand education
Applying “less = more”, we will do what we can be working steadily through your suggestions and continue to update you on the progress.
Thanks to everyone for your participation and time taken in suggesting your ideas. Keep them coming!
