Download PDFWe are pleased to announce that our “Day in Life” programme is coming back for 2020! This will be the 4th year that we implement this programme in France and the 2nd year for the rest of the Colart Group. What is all about?
As a reminder, the Programme provides a great opportunity to:
– Discover a new job
– Understand the challenges and needs of colleagues
– Share information and learn from others
– Create social and professional bonds
– Improve internal communication
– Get a better vision of the organisation
– Create collaboration and break potential silos
How does it work?
It’s quite simple, starts with you thinking about whether you would like to take part.
If you think this programme would be valuable to you, then you only need to decide which job interest you.
If your selection is realistic, we will plan for you to spend a day with the appropriate person. This way you will have the opportunity to see how that job is like.
We just ask you to start the day with an open mind, be curious, listen, watch, forget any preconceptions about the job and discover what it’s like to be in your colleague’s shoes!
What is the timing?
With the restrictions linked to COVID-19, there may be some challenges concerning timings, but the plan is:
– France: this summer, from July to September.
– The rest of the group: from November and December.
The duration of the experience could be an entire day, half a day or just participation in a meeting or webinar.
Whatever it’s better to give you a great sense of the job.
