Decades of Dedication: Celebrating Milestone Anniversaries with Duan Zhenixa and Sonia Bergeot
Sonia Bergeot is currentlly a demand planner and based in Le Mans, France. On 19th January she celebrated 20 years working at Colart. Here is her Colart story.
I started at Colart in 2002 as part of my final training internship. My mission was to oversee additives such as gels, varnishes, mediums, and gessos. Following my internship, during a period of computer system changes, I continued on a contract basis to fill in for the support person and contribute to the implementation of the new ERP software, which took place in January 2003.
In 2004, a colleague retired, and I was hired as a scheduling agent. For the next 10 years, I worked in Production Management, handling scheduling, planning for finished products and semi-finished products, subcontracting management, ERP configuration, and monitoring Back to School and Liquid Gouache, among other responsibilities.
In 2014, I had the opportunity to change roles to oversee the creation process of product sheets for new products across the entire group. Since 2016, I have been a Demand Planner, ensuring the quality of sales forecasts for Southern Europe, OEEX, and LATAM.
In addition to these roles, I participated in organizing the 50th-anniversary celebration of the Colart site in Le Mans in 2016, which was a great success. I also serve as a Well-being Ambassador and have been involved in organizing various events, including those focused on sports, sophrology, and art workshops at the hospital. We collaborated with Planète Urgence, and through this partnership, I took a two-week solidarity leave to go to Peru. During this time, I introduced computer skills to women in the Pachacutec shantytown and visited a school to showcase our SNAZAROO products to students.
Duan Zhenixa is a filling machine operator based at CTAM. Her 10 year work anniversay at Colart is 8th February 2024.
Duan Zhenxia, who joined Colart in 2014, has been employed in the assembly workshop, where she has taken on various roles. Following workshop training, she assumed the position of a filling machine operator and has continued in that role until the present. Reflecting on her experience, Ms. Duan commented, "Over these years, I have witnessed the company's growth and transformations. The workshop environment has significantly improved, with notable enhancements in sanitary conditions. Recently, the company added small lockers and cupboards for employees, contributing to a more enjoyable and organized workplace. I appreciate the company's long-term care and support, and I sincerely hope that Colart Tianjin continues to prosper under strong leadership."
