Defining Our Values: A Collaborative Journey

Our company’s values - Passion, Quality,  Agility and Accountability - are more than just words on a page. They define our behaviours and shape our ways of working. Each and every one of us plays a crucial role in this ongoing evolution. We are all accountable, for it is our collective culture.

Last year, during the Perform2030 workshops, we asked you to tell us what behaviours both did and did not reflect our core values.

The process was authentic and enlightening. We took your insights and carefully analysed them, identifyng clear patterns and trends. The outcome? We have distilled these collective contributions into five behaviours that both do and do not define our values.

But this is not just about definitions on paper. It’s about stories, your stories. We believe that you are the best ambassadors for our values. That’s why we selected a group of “high-fivers” to share their own experiences and perspectives. Through a series of 20 video clips, these individuals have brought our values to life, illustrating how these behaviours manifest in real-world scenarios.  This has resulted in the launch of a new page on the intranet dedicated to our Values. This is not a static exercise; it’s an ongoing evolution. Our values serve as the foundation that unites us by a common purpose. It is our creative movement, driven by each and every one of us. So, let’s continue to be active participants in this evolution. Share your stories, your experiences, and your insights.
