Delphine Vaucois to become Group SIOP Director

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Delphine VAUCOIS as Group SIOP Director, effective February 3, 2025.

Delphine joined the company nearly 15 years ago and has steadily progressed within the Sales Operations department. She initially held the position of Export Customer Service Assistant, followed by European Customer Service Supervisor, before becoming Sales Operations Manager in 2015.

This appointment marks a significant milestone in her career, and I am confident that Delphine will dedicate her full energy to achieving the group's ambitions.

In her new role, Delphine will oversee and optimize all aspects of the Group’s SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) processes. Her responsibilities include managing the teams accountable for these processes across the group, ensuring continuous improvement in terms of efficiency (required resources) and effectiveness (particularly service levels and inventory), and mobilizing the entire organization (Factories, Procurement, Finance, Sales, etc.) around a shared plan (S&OP), from its conception to its operational deployment.

Delphine says:

This is the start of a new adventure for me within Colart after so many years dedicated to Sales Operations. 

I’m excited about this new challenge and great opportunity to keep growing and learning, but also leverage talents in the SIOP teams and continue the optimization journey towards excellence in Operations.

I’m convinced my customer service background will give a different color to SIOP, ensuring our customers remains front and center in Operations.

Elise Barbot (Group product Lifecycle and Forcasting Manager) and Cindy Levacher (Group Supply Manager) will report directly to her.

To allow time to define the most appropriate structure for Group Sales Operations with all stakeholders, the existing structure will remain unchanged for now.

Delphine will keep her actual subordinates : Maryse Berthelot (SOP Europe Supervisor), Sandrine Vaidie (SOP International Supervisor), Chloé Bordereau (SOP Parameter analyst), Alexia Alvarez Y Guerra (Customer claims Analyst) based in Le Mans, Liz Ford (SOP UK) based in  Kidderminster et Sabine Siegel (SOP Europe) based in Maintal.

To ensure continuity in managing ongoing tasks, the transfer of operational responsibilities related to SIOP management between Delphine and myself will be carried out progressively at the beginning of the year, with the aim of completion by the end of Q1.
