Our Employee Engagement Survey was completed by 70% of our Colart family this year, between June and August.
The questions focused on five core areas and included;
- Our employee culture,
- Our leadership culture,
- Our performance and service culture,
- Our commitment to sustainability,
- Our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Keeping the survey anonymous and confidential allowed your comments to be open, honest and transparent. Importantly, this means that we can review, identify, discuss and take action, ensuring the future continues to align with our People vision to "inspire every person in Colart".
