Strengthening Our Group Leadership Team to Accelerate Growth
Colart is committed to being the leading house of sustainable creative brands and as we have seen in the recent months and years the market and industry as a whole is experiencing significant change. To stay ahead, we must also evolve - identifying and getting behind the strategic priorities for growth, driving a greater performance management culture, empowering our talent, and aligning our organisational structure to deliver impact where it matters most.
In that spirit, we are excited to announce a strategic evolution to our Group Leadership Team that reflects our Perform 2030 ambitions and what it will take to deliver these.
The two strategic pillars that are most critical to deliver future growth are Brand Power and Consumer First. To ensure that we leverage these to their full potential, I have asked Gail Pasquier to transition into a new role as Chief Brand and Consumer Officer from 1 January 2026 in order for her to give greater focus to these key pillars. With her strong brand building and business development skills, driven by deep consumer insights, Gail will be able to fully dedicate her leadership and strategic guidance on how to further strengthen and build our Brands and connect with our consumers, ensuring that we deliver on our omni-channels ambitions, including a fast-growing D2C in an increasingly competitive market.
At the same time, to bring greater proximity and accountability for our front-line sales delivery, we are pleased to announce that the Business Unit Heads for the two largest markets, Steve Chamberlain, EVP & General Manager North America and Jake Kersey, General Manager Europe - which together account for over 70% of our sales - will join the Group Leadership Team and directly report to me starting from January 2026. This step ensures that our commercial performance for these two critical regions is directly represented at the highest level of decision-making. Gail will continue to provide leadership to the UK and International Commercial Business Units as we develop the roadmap for growth as they relate to these two regions. There will be no change in her responsibility for E-Commerce and the Group Marketing function.
This evolution is more than just about the shape of our organisation - it’s about unlocking our potential by doubling down on our strategic priorities and operating with greater agility and accountability for delivery. With Gail primarily focused on Brand and D2C, and our two largest market leaders embedded at the core of executive decision-making, we are positioning ourselves for stronger and faster execution of our strategies and plans, driven by a more consumer-centric mindset.
Please join us in congratulating Gail on this exciting new chapter and in welcoming Steve and Jake to the GLT. These changes reflect our belief that to shape the future, we must keep pushing boundaries and living up to our priorities of being Consumer-First and maximising Brand Power.
