Group Finance Team Update

Ben Hodgson confirmed as Head of Group Finance.

Following the departure of Liam O’Sullivan from Colart last month, I am pleased to communicate the progression of Ben Hodgson who will now lead the Group Finance team.

With responsibility for Group reporting, audit matters, VCM, internal controls, tax and treasury, Ben will be supported by Prosper Habineza (Group Financial Accountant) and Stela Ivanova who manages the UK Accounts Payable team and CIHL as Corporate Finance Manager.

Ben is also recruitng a Group Financial Reporting and Treasury Manager to compliment the team.

 

For clarity, I will be supported by James Drummond on Insurance matters and Sarwar Zaman on Pension matters and the organisation chart below shows the structure of both the Group Finance team and the rest of my reports.
