New name. Renewed energy. Same spirit of innovation. 

Our Innovation & Development (I&D) Lab at the Le Mans factory is evolving and we want your help to shape its next chapter. 

As part of an exciting rebrand and refresh, we’re looking for a bold, creative new name that reflects where we’re headed: a future-focused hub for experimentation, collaboration, and hands-on innovation. 

Why the Change? 

The I&D Lab has already been a powerful space for developing new ideas and accelerating progress—but now it’s time to give it an identity that truly captures its purpose, energy, and impact and help distinguish it from the R&D (research and development) team who focus more on supporting the manufacturing and pilot production.

“This lab is more than just a physical space—it’s a mindset. At Le Mans, we’re building a culture of hands-on innovation, where new ideas can be tested, challenged, and brought to life faster than ever before.”

A name that: 

• Includes the word “Lab” 

• Feels modern, visionary, and energetic 

• Reflects the lab’s mission to push boundaries and deliver real-world impact

It’s because “Lab” has come to mean something important across our company. With the Growth Lab in development as a space for ideas, it’s a word people recognise to signal experimentation, collaboration, and forward thinking. 

Keeping “Lab” in the name helps link this refreshed space to that same spirit and connects it to the wider culture we’re building together.
