Hybrid working – Pulse Survey results
After the summer, we launched our hybrid working model for people in our offices across most parts of the Group. Core to this model is working a minimum of two days per week in the office, with “come to work, but not just to work” being the theme to recognise the importance of connecting, collaborating and communicating whether as an individual or team.
As we know, taking time to foster relationships is one of the foundations for building positive mental health and company culture. After a few months of implementing our hybrid working model, we decided to ask you how it’s working out for you.
