In June Steph Eldred celebrates 10 years at Colart!
It's hard to believe that it’s been 10 years already! As I look back on this incredible journey!
I feel so grateful for the growth, collaboration, and successes we've shared along the way. It's been a decade filled with passion, creativity, and a fair share of challenges, but every moment has been worth it.
From my beginnings as a Digital Marketing Manager to my current role as Senior D2C E-Commerce Manager, I've embraced change, continually adapting to meet the evolving needs of our business, which has given me the greatest opportunity to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
Working alongside such talented and passionate individuals has been truly rewarding. I’ve had the support of amazing managers and teams, which has played a big part in my experience here.
In my roles at Colart, I’ve always aimed to create strategies that resonate with our audience and drive commercial success and leading these initiatives has been exciting and fulfilling. I am proud to have collaborated with incredible artists, to create fabulous content that demonstrates the excellence of our products and learning everything I know about art, techniques, the quality and capabilities of our materials from our amazing in-house artists, lab technicians and knowledgeable sales teams has been a privilege.
I’ve worked on many projects, but some fun events that will always be memorable from the early days, are Liquitex “We Create Live” event, Reeves “Show Your Colours” pop-ups, and the Creative World exhibition.
As a leader, my ongoing motivation is to support and encourage those I work with, while fostering a culture of excellence. Leading cross-functional teams has been a rewarding challenge, and I am proud of what we have accomplished together.
The relationships and friendships I've built mean the world to me. So, thank you all for your support and for making this crazy ride so enjoyable.
Looking forward, I’m grateful and excited about the opportunity, to be part of the DTC team. With continued dedication and collaboration, I know we’ll achieve even more fantastic things together. Here’s to the next chapter and seeing where our shared passion takes us!
