Jean-Bernard Cadieu marks his 35 years with Colart!

How do you sum up a career at Colart spanning three and a half decades? For Jean-Bernard Cadieu, it’s been a journey full of challenges, growth, and countless achievements across numerous roles.

Jean-Bernard began his career as an order preparer and table operator before mastering a range of technical roles, including oil weighing, grinding, and manufacturing gouache pastilles. His career took an international turn when he was sent to Italy to integrate constant tension frames into our production processes in France. Rising through the ranks, Jean-Bernard became a team leader for varnish packaging and grinding, later taking on a pivotal role as team leader of the tube packaging workshop when Winsor & Newton’s operations transitioned to France.

Reflecting on his journey, Jean-Bernard shares:

"Déjà 35 ans ! Que de chemin parcouru avec des beaux souvenirs et défis. J'ai multiplié les postes dans l'entreprise pour arriver là où je suis aujourd'hui. J'aime ce métier et le contact terrain avec les opérationnels."
