Josh Hart marks his 10th year with Colart!
Josh Hart, Head of Group Digital Marketing, celebrates 10 Years of Service
I have pleasure in announcing that this year marks Josh Hart's 10th anniversary with Colart and since 2014, Josh has been an integral part of our Digital journey at Colart.
Josh began his career at Colart as a Global E-Commerce Executive, diving into the company during our pivotal first Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) transformation. He played a crucial role in the successful launch of Winsor & Newton’s first e-commerce website, a foundational project for our digital future. Following this, Josh collaborated extensively with external agencies, developers, and brand and marketing teams, driving key marketing initiatives and optimizing our channels for success.
Reflecting on his journey, Josh shared,
"I'm deeply grateful for the trust and support Colart has shown me over the years. My time here has allowed me to refine my existing skills and gain exposure to new areas, from technical projects to strategic initiatives and leadership roles. Above all, I am most thankful for the opportunity to collaborate with so many brilliant, inspiring colleagues."
More recently, Josh has taken on the responsibility of leading the Group Digital team, where he has been instrumental in fostering collaboration across departments and streamlining our processes. His efforts have enhanced our operational efficiency, aligned our teams with shared goals, and scaled our digital marketing initiatives across the business.
Josh's journey with Colart has been marked by continuous growth and achievement. The company has supported his development from technical projects to strategic initiatives and leadership roles. His journey reflects a commitment to adaptability, resourcefulness, and excellence.
