Starting her career at Colart, Laiju faced the challenge of unfamiliarity with new systems and tools. But through relentless effort, she quickly transformed into a skilled operator - gaining expertise that would allow her to contribute significantly to the smooth running of the production workshop. It’s no surprise that, over the years, she has become an integral part of our team.
Laiju's promotion to Team Leader marked a new chapter in her journey. As a leader, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional organisational and coordination skills, coupled with a strong sense of duty. These qualities have been vital in guiding her team through various production challenges and successfully meeting their targets.
