Download PDFCEO Dennis van Schie hosted the last town hall meeting for this year on Thursday 17th December. The special guests were all the GLT, including Jonathan, Jane, Bruno, Dominique, Gail, Richard and Toby.
The town hall focused on key achievements throughout the year and importantly recognising everyone’s contribution to a challenging but successful year.
Dennis delivered three key messages in his introduction. Firstly, he focused on the positive behaviours demonstrated in our mission to “inspire every artist in the world” through a “one team” approach and being empowered to act freely in the role that everyone plays within our family. His second message spotlighted the resilience and adaptability seen in the “Colart family”, especially during the extraordinary circumstances of the Covid-19 crisis. Looking ahead to 2021, Dennis stressed a shift in focus to sustainability, digitalisation and brand management to achieve our key strategy to “become the most sustainable consumer drive house of creative brands.”
