Thank you to all our special guests who creatively and insightfully presented throughout the years’ town halls. And extra thanks to our virtual attendees at each live session, listening in from all parts of our network.
Our final town hall meeting for the year was a special one of messages and well wishes hosted by Dennis and guest-starring GLT members (except Richard, who is on holiday).
Dennis started the session, as usual, sharing a piece of inspiration. He told us of his upcoming wedding anniversary, adding a sentimental twist and celebrating his entire family; his wife and children. The family is the foundation for Dennis. He likened that family feeling to our Colart family and our People mission to “feel like a family and act like a high performing team”.
The GLT reflected on the past year with each member highlighting key achievements, challenges and improvements throughout the year, recognising the contributions from everyone, especially during extraordinarily challenging times.
On a light-hearted note, we learnt that Gail’s family favourite Christmas movie is “Love Actually” and Jane’s is “Polar Express”. Which one is yours?
