Le Mans – Operations Project Organization Redesign
Operations Project Organization Redesign (incl. NPD/EPD projects)
As part of our commitment to harmonize and strengthen project practices at Colart, the Product Coordinator department in Le Mans site will undergo an organizational change effective November 1st, 2025.
To support this, we are implementing the following changes:
- Marine Hammer will take on the new title of Global Operations Project Manager. In this role, Marine will :
โก๏ธ Continue overseeing globally NPD/EPD projects approvals, progress, and project manager allocations.
โก๏ธ Continue acting as Project Manager for selected Global Operations projects sponsored by the COO.
โก๏ธ Take on management responsibility for the Product Coordinator team in Le Mans and work closely with the Product Coordinators in China and across the group.
- Lou Theaud and Arnaud Coudray, currently Product Coordinators in Le Mans and reporting to Loïc Chaumont, will now report directly to Marine Hammer. While the detailed allocation of responsibilities will be clarified at a later stage, the missions of the Product Coordinators remain unchanged:
โก๏ธ Coordinating NPD/EPD product development activities internally in Le Mans site, in collaboration with Procurement, Methods, Lab, Quality, and other internal departments….
โก๏ธ Managing selected internal projects at the Le Mans site (as specific EPD).
In addition to their current scope:
โก๏ธ The team may also be called upon to lead Global Operations projects beyond the local perimeter, applying harmonized working methods across the group.
These changes are designed to:
- Align project practices across the group, in line with the “One Colart Way”.
- Allow Loïc Chaumont to focus on other strategic priorities at the Le Mans site.
- Ensure stronger alignment with Marine’s global responsibilities, leveraging her previous experience leading a similar team.
The updated organization chart is as follows:
